Accommodation as described, we felt comfortable, shopping and beach nearby, sun terrace, bus to Valletta within walking distance, we would book the apartment again.

Wir sind mit unseren Kindern (5 & 2) auf Malta und in Ryans Appartement gewesen. Unser Aufenthalt von 1 Woche war wunderbar, Frühstück und Abendessen auf dem Balkon (im November :-) ), wir haben gut geschlafen und die Wohnung sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gepflegt und verfügt über einen kleinen Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das war für uns aber kein Problem. Es gibt für eigentluch alles eine, meist bebilderte, Anleitung und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist top!

Ich finde ja, wenn man eine Ferienwohnung anbietet sollte man schon die alles korrekt beschreiben. Die Wohnung als luxuriös anzubieten und dann findet man eine Wohnung vor, die total abgerockt ist. Von aufgequollenen Schrank im Bad,, runterhängenden Türen in der Küche., total durchgesessener schmuddeliger Couch, total verkalkter Dusche bis hin zu einer. durchgeeger Matratze mit sehr sehr bedenklichen Bettzeug. Was aber mit Abstand das schlimmste war ist eine Plastikunter im Bett, so daß man sich vorkam auf einer Plastiktüte zu liege und es bei jeder Drehung knistert. Überall in der Wohnung hängen Verbots und Hinweisschilder, als wenn die Wohnung an Schulkinder vergeben wird. Die Parkplatzsuche ist ein Desaster. Es dauert ewig bis einen gefunden hat. Ich möchte nicht wissen wie es im Sommer ist. Nun noch was gutes, Der Balkon ist schön und die Wohnung ist groß, Ich würde die Wohnung nie wieder mieten. Man sollte sich im Urlaub wohl fühlen und ich habe noch nicht alle Ärgernisse aufgeschrien. eo das esjeKNISTERT

Прекрасная Мальта

Место расположения супер. Вид на прекрасное море. До моря 2 мин. В апартаментах все есть, что нужно для проживания. Но..... Очень холодно. Особенно это ощутимо, когда отдыхаешь с детьми. В санузле в принцыпе всегда очень холодно. Пришлось греться от кондиционеров. При этом на электричество тебе с день выделено 3 евро в день, которых в этот период не хватает. Нужно постоянно платить за дополнительное электричество. Об этой информации ничего не указано на сайте. Это важно. Постоянные проблемы с горячей водой. Установлен небольшой электрический котел. Один помылся, другому горячей воды нет. Постоянные проблемы с парковкой. В апартаменты нужен пылесос. В целом Мальта прекрасна. И никакие проблемы не омрачат чудный отдых, который мы провели. Спасибо Мальта и Марсаскала.

Appartement superbe, très moderne et fonctionnel avec une belle vue sur la mer.. Néanmoins je déplore le manque de places de stationnement (surement dû aux travaux un peu plus loin) qui nous a value un PV maltais. Le systeme de chauffage/clim est particulier : il y a un moneyeur de 1 et 2 euros qui permet de crediter des euros afin d'activé la clim reversible.

The property was very well maintained, interior as photos...very nice. Water pressure on shower, very low, bed would benefit from cotton sheets and parking is very limited, otherwise excellent.

Nice size property 5min walk to the beach

Very nice property close to the beach with crystal clear sea water. The only let down was the parking round the property very hard to find a space to park.
