When we arrived in Marrakech, the owner told us the apartment we had reserved had been double booked, so was not available. Then they offered us as replacement a smaller place, in another neighborhood, not at all what we had paid for. Then they refused to reimburse us. And because the policy is that if the owner offers you something else, you cannot refuse and cannot get reimbursed, we lost 250$. Be careful with who you are dealing with, so easy to rip off people like this. Honestly, never again, very bad service.
