My wife and I stayed at the Riad Eden for our first time in Marrakech. The Riad was easy to find and we were warmly welcomed by the staff immediately with some wonderful Moroccan mint tea. Our room was on the top floor where we had easy access to a beautiful terrace and rooftop patio (with a pool) with amazing views of the Medina. Zahira and her team were very pleasant and professional throughout the trip. We even asked of the could bring breakfast (which is included and delicious) to the terrace every morning. They always obliged. Also for those that need to stay connected, the wifi had great speed and coverage. We we also very close to the convenient Place Mellah where there was always lots of hustle and bustle and reasonable restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Muy recomendable. Un lugar lleno de encanto con un trato de 10. Todo el que trabaja aquí es encantador. El desayuno nos sorprendió por su variedad y su calidad. Está en una zona inmejorable. Una única recomendación: llegar a buena hora, ya que el Riad es difícil de encontrar la primera vez (la puerta de entrada es la de una casa normal y no tiene distintivos claros) y hay que llegar andando ya que el taxi no puede meterse en el bazar. Por la noche está todo cerrado en el bazar y uno se puede volver loco dando vueltas para encontrarlo. Aunque la gente es tan amable que en cuanto encuentres a alguien a quien preguntar te llevará de buen gusto. En resumen un lugar muy recomendable regentado por una gente muy amable y que da todo lo que promete.

Muy amable y acogedor
Lugar acogedor, bien situado y con personal muy amable. El personal ha hecho lo posible para que nuestra estancia sea mucho mejor. Nos adelantaron la hora de check in y guardaron nuestras maletas. Al día siguiente salíamos muy temprano al aeropuerto y nos prepararon el desayuno para poder llevarlo. Delicioso. Nos facilitaron mucho todo. Se agradece de corazón!

Très bon accueil et super endroit en plein coeur de la médina proche de la place Jema elfna et au calme. Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre magnifique (chocolat) et joliment décorée. Le repas du soir était excellent et très copieux: de la vraie cuisine familiale dans un joli cadre.. Nous avons apprécié notre nuit dans ce riad. Petite piscine sur le toit ce qui est un plus quand il fait très chaud..

Beautiful accommodation with clean rooms and good bed. Service and breakfast was very good. Beautiful patio and rooftop terrace. Location was great in center of the medina. We had an amazing time

Riad Eden is a tranquil oasis only 10 mins walk from the hustle and bustle of the Jenna El Fna square and 5 mins from the more peaceful square near the Jewish Market and the Bahia Palace. Our Orange Room was well equipped, cleaned daily and very comfortable with the added advantage of being on the same floor as a lovely shady sofa area. The only downside was the bed was exceptionally hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was delicious, home made yogurt with cereal, pancakes, bread, jams, marmalade, honey, fresh fruit, freshly squeezed fruit juices, tea and coffee. The ladies who run the Riad are exceptional. Polite, charming, pleasant and cannot do enough for you.

Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit im Riad Eden. Perfekt um Marrakesch zu erkunden. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Das einzige negative was ich sagen kann isr das die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind.

Tout est parfait dans ce riad , difficile de le trouver car pas de nom.sur laporte ... Il est calme , très propre et authentique. Pour la chambre berbère il n y a pas de clim , bon a savoir lors de forte chaleur , un simple ventilateur n est pas suffisant,mais chambre confortable, belle ! Personnel calme gentil serviable, parfait !

Riads are the place to stay in Masrkesh. Unfortunatelly, it is difficult to get to the Riad if you never walked in th Medina. Lack of clear signs mskes and easy walk scary. This Riad is cataloged as 4 stars. I say 2 stars. There were basic elements missing to be a 3 stars, such as TV and telephone. I would recommended reclassifying to 2 stars, adding a sign on the entrance door stating it is a Riad, and guiding signs from the main road. The staff was very nice, slthough they only speak arabic and french.

The night before we were set to checkout, from our 7 night stay, we returned to the Riad at 11PM where we were handed a bill from the night manager for local taxes and a airport transfer for the following morning. Why would I be invoiced in this manner? We had only asked if they could contact a taxi for us so pre billing for a taxi is weird also. When checking out I informed the owner that I would pay for the city taxes (385 MD) and nothing else. He says "cash only", when they clearly have a credit card machine and after a minute of awkward arguing he decides to run the card. I specifically said, I would pay the "taxes only" several times to him and he comes back and casually tries to cover up the receipt where he charged me 550 MD. The total of the taxes and for a ride I hadn't asked for, nor received. It's bad enough that these "taxes" were added the last night of our stay and not previously discussed. POINT BLANK. Do not stay at Riad Eden. The owner / guy running the Riad is extremely shady. Super pushy and rude. He ended up chasing us down the street to where the taxies pick up, which made us super uncomfortable. Saying he had a car for us. During our stay he lurked around and constantly pushed for us to eat there every time we came and went. It's like, I came here to explore all over the city I don't want to eat at the Riad every single night. Wifi was extremely poor as well even located close to the router. We didn't read up, however seems like this guys antics are well

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK
We checked out two hours after arriving. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the cleaners and the handrail was hanging off the wall, we knew we had made a mistake. The photographs are cleverly taken as the rooms and facilities are very small and we had the biggest room! The terrace area has a bed for all 6 rooms to share and a pool which at best is 6ft by 6ft pool I kid you not and any more than 2 people on the bed or in the pool is packed ... I challenged the owner who agreed a full refund if I left so he escorted my wife and I to the street and left us there..... Two women in a bazaar in Morroco without even checking we could get to a taxi with our luggage. He has since told Hotels. com that he won't refund us and these guys are a waste of time as well.

酒店很棒，靠近老城区，吃饭很方便
附近的plaza吃的东西很多，逛的地方也很多，这家酒店包早餐但是应该会在八点之后才有得吃，我们七点多起来早餐服务还没有开始，来不及尝试这家酒店的早餐，有点遗憾。其他体验都还挺满意。

Wir waren positiv überrascht! Die Lage ist ideal und man kommt schnell von A nach B. Das Highlight ist die Sonnenterrasse mit Pool. Einfach traumhaft schön und wir konnten dort frühstücken und relaxen! Der Service sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Wir haben Tipps erhalten und einen übersichtlichen Stadtplan! Ich würde das Riad auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Das einzige nicht so Gute war die Lautstärke in der Nacht, aber das wars auch!

Prachtige Riad
Erg mooie riad met erg vriendelijk personeel! Het ontbijt wat inclusief is en het diner (wat je apart reserveert) is geweldig! De riad ligt op een centrale plek en is snel te bereiken waardoor je niet te lang door de steegjes hoeft te lopen. Ook is het volk in Marrakech erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vanaf de riad kan je prima lopend naar Le Jardin Majorelle of Gueliz (nieuwe gedeelte van Marrakech) Ook kan je aangeven dat je wilt worden opgehaald/weg gebracht van en naar het vliegveld. Je koffers hoef je niet zelf te sjouwen door de steeg, het is wel zo vriendelijk om de man die je koffers brengt en ophaald een tip te geven.

YES BUT DONT GO TO THE ORANGE ROOM!
The hotel is in a very good position from the centre of the city. The stuff is very kind and helpful. The only problem was in my room, the orange one: the ac was kind of broken and was very very noisy. We had to sleep with the windows open, but still was definetly too hot! Plus the pool was unavailable because was dirty.
