The hotel is 3minutes walk , near from Marrakech train station. There are elevators, and good stuff,but not hair drier in my room.

Hotel was okay, not the cleanest, mainly the bathrooms require a lot of work, we stayed in this hotel twice, and both rooms we had the showers were awful, could simply replace the head of these showers but they haven't, they only seemed to shoot water out of select holes, with some blocked. The shower room the bath had holes in it, but overall the hotel was fine we only stayed in it one night a time.

We only stayed one night and its all you need really. The hotel isnt anything fancy and is dated but there wasn't anything wrong with it.

This hotel is not a 3 star hotel. It was dirty and definitely not continental breakfast. Please avoid at all cost its not worth it

At the check in employee instead of paying cash instead of card by saying card is not working, we tried all our credit cards and he keep saying it’s declining. When ask for manager, then magically it started working. And in morning also that staff was very rude in talking when asked about the breakfast time.

Lo peor fue la atención, el recepcionista antipático, con gestos de desgana, que el botones te obligue a darle la maleta de mano para luego subirtela a la habitación y querer por la propina... La habitación muy limpia, cómoda pero ruidosa, la venta sin aislamiento alguno dando a una calle muy ruidosa por lo que escuchas ruido toda la noche.

It is 5 mins walk from Casa Voyager. There is a mall just next to the hotel. There is a very large store like Wal Mart inside the mall. There isn’t any restaurant nearby. Only Burger King and McDonald and some fast food on first floor of the mall. We only stay one night and It is satisfactory with this price .

Plutôt bien situé un réceptionniste et le responsable de cuisine sont assez sympathique et professionnels le reste n’est pas à la hauteur La chambre est bruyante mais surtout sale ( sol pas lavé, papier peint qui se décolle, table de nuit qui se casse (collée au mur). Le service du petit déjeuner n’est pas du tout à la hauteur et le serveurs sont d’un désagréable et nonchalant C’est dommage

Je recommande cette hôtel, très très bien situé. Personnel gentil et disponible. La chambre était très grande. Service bagage et accueil chaleureux à l’arrivée. Piscine petite mais top et rafraîchissante

The property offers good value for money. In the future, it would be nice to see some upgrades such as the inclusion of a kettle, cups, coffee, and tea bags. A minibar would also be a welcome addition. However, considering the price, there are no complaints. The staff are exceptional.

Great hotel in the Guilez area of Marrakech. A stones throw from the centre of Guilez and a ten minute taxi to the Medina. The staff was very attentive with any questions I had and I felt welcomed every time I arrived. I had triple room and the only critique would be the lack of plug outlets available but apart from that a solid hotel for a trip to Marrakech.

Au vu de certains commentaires j avais une appréhension certaine. Mais il n en est rien. L hôtel est propre, les chambres sont au top et nettoyées tous les jours. L accueil est exceptionnel. Le petit déjeuner est très complet. Seul bémol la piscine inutilisable car pas chauffée. Peut être un sèche cheveu et des chaînes internationales dans les chambres. L arrêt de bus et à gare sont à 2 pas. Nous avons également réservé une excursion via l hôtel et nous nous sommes occupés de rien Je conseille vraiment cet établissement

What we liked: Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and had a king bed. What we didn’t like: There was no internet during the night of our stay and we used our cellular data. In the room there was only one power outlet. The bathroom wasn’t so clean as we saw hair in the tub and there was no hair dryer there.

Clean place with helpful staff. Rooms are good size. Great location, easy to find parking and lot of restaurants around.

A great place. Easy to find and in a good location near the bus station. Our room looked over the beautiful theatre.

The property was amazing, the staff went out of thier way to decorate the room for me as it was a surprise for my husbands birthday. Cleaned and tidied eveyday of our stay. This was local to amenities.
