「This is a beautiful hotel, perfectly situated for exploring Troyes. Safe car parking, wonderfully attentive, knowlegeable and friendly staff and excellent spa facilities. My only slight gripe is that breakfast was a bit average compared to some of the other hotels we've stayed at on this holiday: perfectly good, but I think we were expecting a little 'more'!? And please can we have a full length mirror in the bedroom!
That said, we would highly recommend this hotel.」
「Très bon hôtel 4 étoiles, nous avons eu un petit soucis car nous avions demandé à ce que notre chambre soit nettoyer et ça n'a pas été fait mais nous en avons discuté avec le responsable qui c'est excusé et nous a directement surclassé. Le restaurant est bon, mais les serveuses manque d'expérience .. sinon l'hôtel est très propre avec de bon service et très bien situé. Je vous le recommande」

「This is a unique place to stay. It is a very old building with lots of character - our room had wooden beams! The breakfast is given to you in a basket and you eat it in your room. The receptionist was so polite and friendly and so helpful with recommendations. The hotel is ideally situated only minutes away from the city centre. The city took us by surprise - it is stunning! You can park on site but you have to pay €20 but it is worth it for peace of mind.」
