Overall a lovely stay during the pre season. Compared to other hotels in the area, the Grand Azur offered enough space to relax while offering entertaining activities. Guests were mostly young and old couples, well behaved and no party crowd. Hotel was well visited but not crowded. All facilities were tidy and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food selection, quality and presentation was very good so that every taste could be satisfied. Additional services in the spa area (face treatment and massage) were professional amd of high quality. Evening programm was entertaining and the service personal were paying attention. Overall a great stay, while pre season was budget friendly.

not book transfer. I booked transfer in hotel from Bodrum. I payed 200$ and had hortible ride in oldcar. Tge driver was 20 mi. Late anddrove very unprofessional.

Dear Valeria, we are so sorry to hear about your disappointing transfer from the airport to the hotel and thank you for letting us know. We have followed this up with the transfer company. They apologise that the driver was waiting at the domestic terminal as your flight number suggested, therefore causing a short delay in pick up. The company vehicles are all Mercede Vito and are no older than 2 years. The staff were incredibly helpful. The food was excellent, lots of options and provided lots of variety. Also enjoyed the pools and beach, especially the whirlpool in the outdoor pool. The nighttime entertainment was also enjoyable and i really liked having access to the app that listed all the daily entertainment program.

It’s nice resort good location because you are little out of the crowd area but 10 min walking to it! Rooms are little outdated but specious. Liked that the beach is only 5 steps out. Huge buffets if you like that and premium drinks. Lots of activities!

Probably the best all inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The food was incredible, the pool area, beach, bars, rooms all 100% afternoon tea was lovely. A calm but beautiful hotel. Only thing I would change is the pillows, very hard, but I can live with it

I was satisfied with the facility. Although it is worth it to mention that we paid €35 each for Lavante restaurant but it didn’t worth it except a good view. They kept saying that the restaurant is fully booked but it wasn’t just to persuade us to book a spot there (lying is the last expectation I had).

Best hotel ever 10/10, great swimming pool, great view, amazing activities, nice beach, great food all day long, friendly staff, very clean, you wouldn’t need to leave the resort at all with the all-inclusive package! Superbe hôtel parfait à tout niveau
Cette hôtel est tout simplement parfait, la propreté est irréprochable. L’hôtel est superbement bien agencé, les chambres sont propres et donnent une magnifique vue sur la mer. La nourriture y est excellente il y’en a pour tout les goûts. Nous sommes allés 2 fois dans cette hôtel en 2 mois de temps nous y retournerons sûrement en août tellement nous avons appréciés cette hôtel et son personnel très accueillant !

Relaxing stay
Great place to stay for relaxing at the beach in Marmaris. The hotel and rooms are decorated nicely and with modern equipment, and the staff is friendly and happy to help. The food selection is fantastic and includes a range of vegan options as well, which is remarkable.

Beautiful hotel in idyllic location
This is a beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting. Even though large it has a very intimate feeling and the staff cannot do enough to ensure you have a good holiday. Special mention to Ruthe who goes that extra mile. Food was wonderful and varied, tables were cleared quickly and efficiently and plenty of sun loungers both around the pool and on the beach. Only negatives we had were the indoor pool could have been warmer and more attractive to linger in and the Levante restaurant was a big disappointment. It was soulless and lacking in any sort of ambience, worn cabinets were against the walls and a used tea towel was thrown on one of them, no background music playing and too brightly lit. BUT overall we were delighted with this hotel and would definitely come back.
