Property manager was hard to contact, we were given the wrong keycode to the house. There was no linen whatsover in the house and no basics like salt or a tea bag. The house was no overly clean. The Stayz website is difficult to manage, I was unable to find my initial account, so I was not able to log into it and could not access any booking information. I still can not access my account to find a receipt for the house hire.

Location location.

The Lookout is the best situated holiday house in Marion Bay. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac provides privacy and very little traffic. The sunrise and sunset views are exquisite. This one ticks all the boxes.

Loved the house & locationright next to Innes national park to spot kangaroos & across the road from the beach.Best views in Marion bay overlooking Willyama Beach & surf break.

Lovely location

Location was perfect, on the edge of the national park, perfect for long walks. House was very comfortable.

Frustrating and confusing invoicing

The property accomodation and location were awesome. Sewerage problems cutting our stay a day short. The invoicing and payments were a nightmare. 6 adults and not one of us could make sense of it. Property manager was always pleasant to talk to.

Great Views In A Quiet Location

The house has great views in multiple directions, including to the ocean and inland towards the lake. There is ample space and the house is well appointed. The kitchen is equipped well and having separate bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs is a plus. I would love to stay here again.

Peace and quiet

Great location if you’re looking for peace and quiet and great views. Some kitchen items outdated, no coffee machine as listed, some maintenance due but other than that we had no issues. Would stay here again.

Location is perfect

Metres from your own private beach, Short walk to the jetty and 10 metres from Innes national Park. House was tidy and suited for family was windy at the time so a few things went flying off balcony just make sure you bring everything inside prior to going to bed .

Beautiful views & well equipped home

Our group consisted of teenagers & parents. This home was fabulous! The teens had their own space downstairs (complete with a variety of board games, a tv, reverse cycle a/c, tv, bar fridge, sink, toilet & shower). Parents stayed upstairs (main kitchen / open plan living, bathroom, toilet & master bedroom). The upstairs of the property has a wrap around verandah with BBQ - we spent many lazy houses watching the ocean and kangaroos in the reserve whilst sipping a coffee. Great access to the beach out the front and reserve to the south (it’s a comfortable 10km walk/run to Stenhouse Jetty if you’re feeling like exercise). The kitchen was well equipped, the house was spotless, the location amazing!

Weekend away at the look out

Nice place in a great spot. House is decent although some of the furniture is outdated and dirty. Bathrooms where also dirty. Would be a 10/10 with a deep clean

Good location

Well situated with in Marion Bay. Sadly if feel the house is in need of some minor maintenance both inside and out. The view of the bay would have enhanced had the windows been cleaned. A new sofa would be a good idea. It would a good idea if the linen was included in the overall rental. I go on holiday not to make the bed or carry my linen with me. Overall the stay was okay.

Fabulous

We are a family group with age range from 7 months to 62 years. We all loved it! The walks in the natural setting were beautiful. The beaches were beautiful. It was cold, windy and rainy at times and we still managed to get out and enjoy the place and have a swim. We will definitely come again
