I never received any check in instructions from the host. The day I was supposed to check in I went to the property and there was a contractor there waiting for the building inspector. He was working on the bathroom. He could not speak English very well. I had to book another hotel last minute and have not been refunded for this booking. This was the worst experience I have ever had through Expedia. I hope that someone from customer service sees this and emails me or calls me directly.
