「To be honest, the pictures provided of the cottage dont do it enough justice. Palo Colorado Rd is initially intimidating but as long as you turn your lights on, take it slow and be cautious of other vehicles its a wonderful road to drive through. The cottage is plesantly private and has everything you would want/need. Both trails are well taken care of, felt very safe and at the end of each trail is a place to relax on chairs or a hammock. 「The vineyard and grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the local cat is very friendly, and greeted us when we arrived. While the kitchenette was small, it was useful. There is no longer a toaster oven, as the photo shows, but instead a separate toaster and a microwave. The pots and pans are stainless, and adequate for reheating and light cooking. The location is great! It's just a few minutes from some nice shops in Aptos Village, and Nisene Marks State Park, where we hiked a couple times.」

「Well appointed cottage in Seaside, less than a mile from beautiful urban walking trails & ocean/beach access. Easy drive to Monterey as well. Found tons of delicious local eateries too. Had some trouble accessing property upon arrival, perhaps because we were 30 minutes early or because our welcome email had the incorrect code. Instructions were a little unclear, you have to use the back door. Property management company answered promptly and we got an updated code very quickly. Minor feedback...

「We couldn't have been happier with our stay in Pacific Grove. Vivian is a great host, very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. The house was perfect for our needs. It has a well stocked kitchen, an area I could work remotely from, beautifully landscaped yard, and its in a great neighborhood just a few minutes drive to the beach. In addition to this, it was great being able to bring our dog with us for our stay. Would recommend this home for anyone looking to get away.」

「This serene cottage was exactly what we needed. The bed was impressively comfortable and allowed us to get full night's of sleep, which is not the norm. The location could not have been better, central to everything but nestled away to provide the quiet we desired. The patio itself was a little oasis away from the hustle of daily life. And Chuck and Diane were absolutely wonderful, welcoming hosts.」

「This very sweet motel is smack dab in the middle of Carmel Valley close to restaurants and wine tasting rooms. It is extremely convenient, safe, and comfortable. The staff go above and beyond to try to make your stay as wonderful as possible. They are very generous with Keurig pods, water, and little things that are nice to have in a motel like wine opener and cheese knife. Don't hesitate to stay in this truly lovely motel.」
