Just a 15-minute walk from the train station and close to all amenities (shops, bakery, pharmacy, post office, newsstand), the apartment also offers quick access to the Cluses and Bonneville highways (less than 10 km away).



Hiking trails start right at your doorstep. Must-see destinations like Chamonix, Annecy, Geneva, and their lakes are about 40 minutes away by car, making this an ideal base for exploring the region.



In winter, many ski resorts are within easy reach: Mont-Saxonnex and Le Reposoir in 15 minutes; Les Carroz, Samoëns, and Les Gets in 30 minutes; Le Grand-Bornand and Chamonix in 45 minutes.
