Nice location on river
The hotel is across the river from the city centre but in a nice location and easy to access by foot or bus. It has a very nice lobby and restaurant, and the indoor pool is a plus. Wifi worked well. The only difficulty we had is that the air conditioning did not work the first two nights of our four-night stay. When we brought the problem to the attention of the staff, they were not helpful - they simply came to our room and adjusted the thermostat in the same way that we had tried. When we complained after a second hot night, they admitted the whole system was down and that someone would come to fiix it. It was fixed for the second two nights, but we felt that the staff should have been more attentive to the situation and made recompense.

Excellent week-end : chambre confortable, présence appréciée d'une Nespresso et de capsules (il est rare d'avoir aussi des capsules de décaféiné). Chambre bien insonorisée. Excellent petit-déjeuner buffet, très varié ; un point à améliorer cependant : les distributeurs de boissons chaudes sont mal situés et compliquent la circulation. De plus, l'équipement est sous dimensionné : nous avons dû faire plusieurs fois la queue. Autre conseil : pourquoi ne pas proposer de théière, ce qui ferait sans doute moins de gâchis de sachets ? Pour le reste, on peut y aller les yeux fermés.

Very nice hotel
Excellent hotel. Although the double bed room was small but it was very nice and fully equipped for the solo traveller. I really enjoyed the small indoor swimming pool and the steam room. The breakfast was good with a nice terrace areas over the river.
