The enclosed patio overlooks a beautiful garden with an amazing breaker view of the Indian Ocean from the balcony for the ideal evening relaxation. One parking garage and a visitors parking is available in a fully fenced and gated property with Wolf Security on call. The Property yard is huge, with a great play area for the kids, a communal braai area, a swimming pool for residents and walking distance from McDonald’s.
