"We had a very relaxing stay and loved the gardens and surrounding area. The house is lovely - the bedroom separated from the house is very hot and was a little dirty but that’s partly because of the bear stone. Communication was very good leading up to the stay - a couple of minor delays with responses when at the property but overall good. We would definitely go back "

"Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances! La propriété offre un cadre agréable entre le hameau typique de Dordogne et la campagne qui l’englobe. Le propriétaire est très sympa et vous réserve pleins d’histoires et de bons plans! A faire !"

"Comment dire de mon séjour.......ben la chambre avait déjà été loué alors que j'avais réservé depuis 10 jours, donc j'ai rien a dire à part que merci après 600 kms je suis ravi de pas pouvoir me reposer. Merci beaucoup. Un peu de sérieux sur les réservations, le lieu je sais pas ,je n'y suis jamais entré. Mais l'accueil pas forcément courtois. Donc pour moi endroit a éviter. Voilà mon avis. "Hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus ist wunderschön und komplett ausgestattet. Auch ein schöner Swimmingpool mit großem Garten. In der wunderschönen Umgebung gibt es viel zu unternehmen. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für jeden sehr zu empfehlen!"

"Le camping le Repaire se trouvant à Nantheuil (24800) mérite amplement ses 3 étoiles. Malgré un mobile-home un peu exigu nous avons vraiment été très bien accueilli. La gérante et le personnel ont été à tout moment à notre écoute, tout ça dans la bonne humeur. Je conseil ce camping qui se trouve en plus dans un cadre bucolique. Piscine chauffée à disposition. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner. Bravo à tous! "

The owners live next door and were on hand for anything we might need, but we didn't see or hear them unless we needed to. They were the perfect hosts. It was a great location for our extended family getaway. The pool was perfect and provided good shade for the children. There is a sandpit and a wooden lookout that are not pictured, but were a lovely surprise. The house was spotlessly...

"Fantastic time to be had by all in this lovely setting. More than enough room for everyone and the facilities were spot on. Location was wonderful, just near enough to a local bar for a quick sundowner before heading back for a pool side evening. The owners were more than helpful and very good at recommending local eateries. I would highly recommend for those looking to relax. Thank you to you both for a wonderful stay. "

"This is a beautiful hotel, set in a tranquil garden, with a lovely view. The staff members were helpful and very friendly, and the room was enormous, interesting and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk into town, and around the ramparts of the city. It’s a pity we had just one night, we would have liked to have stayed longer. Very good breakfast"

"This is our second time staying here while driving from Netherlands to San Sebastian. The first time was so great we did it again and this time was even better. The staff is 10/10 amazing. Very patient with my bad French even thought they spoke English perfectly. Claire even spoke a good amount of Dutch. She checked us in and helped us with the menu and was overall a sparkling ray of sunshine. The dinner and drinks were great. This is a classic motel. Clean, hot shower, comfy bed, fabulous staff, close to the highway. It is older but not in a bad way. It has character and is just a great place!"
