"We had an incredible stay at Blue lagoon resort. This is my second time staying here. We received a free room upgrade which was really nice. The rooms are clean, well maintained and spacious. We loved the blue lagoon and being able to relax in the pool and watch the view. The staff were helpful in preparing to check in and with parking and other property questions we had. For Cairns touristy information, I would recommend the information centres at attractions for more advice on things to do. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cairns!"

"At first we were put in a room that should never be offered to anyone that pays to stay here it was filthy old and falling apart.... No one who pays for apartment/hotel should ever be put in a room like this. I was very surprised with this. However I went to reception and they were absolutely helpful and put us in a better and cleaner room, the rest of our stay was absolutely perfect we loved it!! Just one suggestion that the ceiling fans should be cleaned they were all coated in thick dust. The place is beautiful and I definitely recommend this place still ."

"This is one of the loveliest places I've stayed. The 1 bedroom apartment was the perfect size for one person or a couple. We had a full kitchen, big balcony and washing machine & dryer. The staff were really helpful and the pool and pool bar were perfect for a relaxing holiday. Would definitely recommend!"
