Very nice location in central Mardin. The place had a beautiful view and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Mardin

Located in the historic part of the city, this place is absolutely beautiful! The staff are incredibly friendly, especially Kadir, who goes above and beyond to help. The Abbara room is nice and cozy, although it feels a bit small for three people.There are a few areas for improvement. The soundproofing isn’t great, making it hard to relax with loud music coming from the street. The bathroom has its quirks too—it's a bit cramped and lacks proper ventilation. The shower is right in front of the door, which causes the bathroom to flood every time it’s used, and there’s no towel rack. Breakfast could definitely use some improvement as well. It’s also worth noting that the room isn’t cleaned every day, and when arriving at 5 PM, it was still being cleaned even though check-in was at 2 PM. Despite these little issues, the charm of the place and the warmth of the staff make for a really enjoyable stay!

Otelin konumu güzel. özellikle teras katında oturunca Mezopotamya ayaklarınızın altında. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Yatak, çarşaf ve oda temiz. Klima işiniz iyi yapıyor. Kahvaltı güzel. Güzel yönleri: - karşılama kısmındaki arkadaşlar çok iyi, sıcak kanlı, içten. - Kahvaltı bölümü çok otantik. - Bebek karyolası talebini bir şekilde çözdüler. Eksik, tamamlanması gereken şeyler: - Duş başlığı çalışmıyor. Su basınçsız aktığı için sıcak su bir türlü gelmiyor. - Gece uyurken sırtınıza batan yatak yayaları yatakta dönünce sesten dolayı uyandırıyor. - Wc Kağıt askısı kırık. Bir yere asamıyorsunuz. - Lavabo lamba bozuk. - Akşam sıcaksu gelmiyor. - Banyo terlikleri kaygan ve en kalitesizinden. - Tv çalışmıyor. - Havlu askısı düşmüş takan yok. - Odada çöp kabı yok. İşletme konusunda biraz daha hassas olmaları gerekiyor. İyi niyetliler arkadaşlar fakat çok eksikleri var.

Otelde çalışan herkes çok tatlı ve çok yardımcıydı ama otel eski ve çok bakımsız. Tuvaleti su kaçırıyor, aynalar kırık, çöp kutusu yok, odalar çok nemli uyurken nefes alamıyorsun ve kötü uyanıyorsun. Klimayı açarsanız düzelir dediler ama düzelmedi. Konumu çok iyi ama otel gerçekten bakımsız.

Chambre propre mais pas d'eau chaude un soir et le lendemain matin. Petit-déjeuner très décevant : se résume à des olives, du fromage, quelques crudités et un oeuf dur. Pas de pain frais par deux fois (sur les 3 matins). Un hôtel dont l'intérêt (le seul) est d'être très bien situé dans la vieille ville.

Yorumlarda iyi puan verenler neye göre o kadar iyi yorum yaptılar aklım almıyor. Yaptıkları yorumlar başkasını mağdur edebiliyor. Biz yorumlara bakarak gittik ve pişman olduk. Odalar çok küçük, yataklardan arta kalan yerlerde 2 kişi yan yana geçemiyor. Banyo çok küçük kokuyordu ayrıca su sıcaklığı stabil değildi. Bir anda çok sıcak akıp buz gibi soğuyordu. Odamızın önünde kafe alanı olarak kullanılan alanda insanlar gece yarısına kadar bağırarak konuşup sohbet edip çay içip müzik dinlediler. 3 gece kaldık her gece geç saatte uyumak zorunda kaldık. Odada çok eksik vardı biz söyledikçe getirdiler. Terlik, şampuan, saç kurutma makinesi, yüz havlusu yoktu. Hayatımda gittiğim en kötü otel diyebilirim. Bir daha asla tercih etmem.

Eski Mardin merkezinde bulunan çok tatlı bir butik otel. 3 kisi konakladik(baba ve 2 kizi). Odanin kapasitesi yeterliydi. Banyo tuvalet temizdi . Kisi basi havlular nevresimler temizdi . Resepsiyon cok saygili , guleryuzlu ve kibardi. Otel Eski Mardini gezmek isteyenler icin merkezi bir konumda ve carsiya, tarihi yerlere yurume mesafesinde.
