The property is in a good location and the boat dock is a plus. However, there were roaches in some of the rooms, one of the bathrooms has plumbing problems, the shower does not drain properly, and the fixed AC temperature does not allow the bedrooms to cool enough, at least for this time of the year in Florida. We had to buy fans to be able to sleep at night.
