This 690-square-foot condo is a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples, small families, or friends. It comfortably sleeps four, with a king bed in the master bedroom for two and a queen sofa bed in the living room—a cozy setup for your vacation.
The condo’s compact kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, and essentials for easy meal prep and dining. Enjoy 32" and 55" TVs with cable, high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, and convenient parking just steps away. The unit comes with all the comforts of home: an in-unit washer and dryer, cookware, dishes, linens, a coffee maker, blender, iron, hair dryer, towels, sheets, beach towels, and beach gear like a cooler, two beach chairs, and a bodyboard for fun beach days.
Step outside and discover the unbeatable location—cross the street to your private beach entrance or take a short walk to nearby restaurants, mini-golf, and Marco Walk Plaza for boutique shopping, great dining, and a movie theater.

- There will be a simple 1-page standard vacation property rental agreement to e-sign after booking, which recaps the house rules stated on the Vrbo site.
- Check yourself in using the keypad access code, which will be provided along with a welcome guide 14 days before check-in.
- To help you settle in, basic starter items are provided: paper towels, a trash bag, toilet paper, a bar of soap, dishwasher soap, and detergent.
- The WiFi passcode will be in the welcome guide
- Self check-in with keypad; check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
- No smoking is permitted in the unit or on the balcony.
- No excessive noise is allowed (per city ordinance). Please keep loud noise on the balcony to a minimum after 10 PM.
