This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. This beautiful corner unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with stunning panoramic views of the 3+ mile crescent beach. The Master Suite includes a king bed and en suite shower, while the guest bedroom offers a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top. The building boasts great amenities such as a heated pool, jacuzzi, covered seating area, tennis courts, and pickleball nets. For added convenience, the unit includes a full-size washer and dryer. Dining is easy with a restaurant next door and more options just down the street. Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find shopping, dining, movies, and mini-golf. Please note, the stove is not full-sized.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.
NOTE: This building will have construction being done on the 01 and 02 balconies starting July 20 and last thru October. Limited to no pool access during this time. Beach access will be available! Noise maybe heard throughout the building.
CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions! Pets - not allowed

Overall, this property is amazing. It is very spacious with an updated kitchen and great furniture. The end unit view cannot be beat! We expected an additional bed in the second bedroom as we had seen in photos, however there was only the bunk setup. Our only other suggestion would be to update MBR floor shower tile, vanities and mirrors. We will definitely be back and have already suggested this unit to family.
Condo was perfect for our vacation stay, everything as described. Walked for miles on the beach, shopping close by. Local bike rental company drops off bikes to you. There were no beach accessories available to us, would have been nice. Pool and hot tub well maintained. The internet router needs upgrading to a secure protocol if you plan to work remotely.

All was great! Guest bedroom bed was not comfortable, otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars!
Fantastic location and accommodations! Our Daughter and son-in-law went with us and she wound up sleeping on couch due to the uncomfortable guest bedroom bed. Other than that we loved everything about it. The cooking requirement to open all doors and turn off a/c unit was a little weird but understand!
Overall we would definitely return, and plan on it!
Thanks for a great week! Would stay for a month at a time except for cost!

The condo was just what we wanted. The view from the balcony was beautiful!
The condo was clean and very comfortable.The setup was perfect for 2 couples. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and the second bedroom had a pocket door between the main room and their bedroom/bathroom to give them more privacy. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo had lots of games and DVD’s. The view from the balcony was beautiful. You could see both up and down the beach. It was the perfect place to view the sunset. Also having a private beach made the access to the beach so easy. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Unit was perfect for two couples. The guest suite was closed off by a pocket door giving privacy. Full size washer/dryer in the unit that we are now discovering a lot of other buildings do not have.
Sat and watched the dolphins swim by every day - sunset views were amazing.
The storage closet, near the elevators, was full of beach chairs and other beach items. One closet in the unit had numerous beach towels.
Marco itself - love the place. Don't miss breakfast at NeNe's.
The property was clean and in working order. The beach is just gorgeous and it was nice having an end unit to have the side window in the main room. Although I guess there was no guarantee about beach equipment, just a heads up that most of the beach equipment was not working order. There were a few umbrellas but only one worked and it was for one person. Also, it seems like for just another dollar or two it would be nice to have more than one small roll of toilet paper. I've never seen that as a general practice before at Sea Winds. Also more required cleaning at the end of the week than other places. This is in their contract but in case you don't notice, just FYI. Otherwise, it was a smooth and good experience. If I stay in the unit again, I'll just have to figure in the umbrella rental or purchase.
Location, location and location . The beach, million dollar view and shopping, restaurants were very close. Weather was great. I walked beach daily. Activities were enormous to keep us active.
Nice condo. End unit is light and bright. Full size washer and dryer is a plus.

Wonderful! Can’t beat the view!
The place was beautiful and in very good condition. Location is within walking distance, less than half a mile from many different shops and reataraunts. Very quiet. Loved having the washer and dryer. We didn’t really use the kitchen for cooking, so I can’t speak about that. The view of the beach, it doesn’t get any better that that! We turned off the air and had the windows open so we could hear the waves! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful and Clean Beachfront Condo
This two bedroom, two bathroom beachfront condo was perfect for my family. There were six of us and we lived comfortably for a week. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessities. My kids loved all of the games that they could choose from for game night. The condo is beautifully updated and has very comfortable beds. The bathrooms are updated and look great. There is an extra storage area with beach hairs, umbrellas and other beach necessities to accommodate your needs. We had an amazing nd relaxing vacation because this condo was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again! The view of the Gulf is amazing!
