This 3-bedroom 2.5 bath waterfront home is new to the rental market as it was just purchased in November 2024. The home has amazing wide water views. It's a .5 mile walk to tigertail beach. The high ceilings and beach decor makes this home the perfect vacation rental.
There are two living areas, a desk for work a home that overlooks the pool and water. The kitchen has everything you need with seating for 3 at the peninsula, plus a dining room that seats. 6. You also have multiple entertaining areas under the covered screened in lanai. Seating outside overlooking the kitchen as well as a table and chairs.
The master bedroom has a large king bed with a huge master bath including a soaker tub, walk in shower and a private door to access the outside area. The other wing of the house has two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other room with two twin beds) and has access to a full bath with walk in shower. There is a large laundry room with pantry.
The home has smart TV's and WIFI throughout. Bedding and towels and beach chairs are provided. Within a 50-minute drive to Fort Meyers airport as well as the Red Sox training camp (JetBlue stadium) and Twins training camp (Hammond stadium), this is a dream location for Spring Training. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and a great beach for walks or looking for shells. Nearby rentals for jet skiing, windsurfing, boat docks, etc. Also perfect spot to go fishing. Walking distance to many restaurants.

We used to own a condo in the South Seas in Marco Island so if you look at the reviews prior to Nov 2024, they are for the condo. We kept them active so new renters will see we have been doing this for many years.
This is our primary residence, and we rent the house out when we are not able to enjoy it ourselves. As such, the owners reserve the right to screen the renters prior to accepting a rental agreement. We expect renters to respect our home as we do.
Prefer rentals Saturday to Saturday in season.
Minimum Age Requirement by Owner: 30 years or older to rent the property and you must provide a photo ID prior to check in.
Due to safety concerns with open water (open water, pool/spa) we prefer that renters do not bring young children under 12. Children must be supervised at all times.
