The indoor/ outdoor living space is nearly 2400 square feet and sleeps 8. The pool area has 6 chaise loungers as well as a covered section with a dining table and chairs and additional loveseat/2 chairs. The spacious lanai is very private due to the tall hedges in the back, which are on a corner lot and have a large side yard.
Relax poolside or soak in the spa/ hot tub. There is also a Weber propane grill for those days when you want to cook at home. Turn on the multi-colored pool lights at night while relaxing on the lanai. There is a pool remote for our guests to control the pool, spa, and light features. Location, Location: Less than 1 mile to the famous Tigertail beach known for its white sand, wildlife, lagoon, shelling and breathtaking sunsets. The home offers a spacious open-concept layout with 24-foot vaulted ceilings that open to the screened-in lanai. The entire house features wood plank tile- no carpet! The bunk room also has a dedicated workspace (desk with chair) for those needing to work remotely. All guest bedrooms have flat-screen TVs mounted on the walls.
