Great location, some hiccups at the start

The home had a great location on converging canals, nice pool, great family space. However, we were surprised to find that 2 of the bedroom closets were locked, with clothing racks in the bedrooms provided instead. The pantry was also locked, thus little room to store food for the number of guests that you would expect in a 4 bedroom home. There was no cable tv nor garage access as advertised. BUT, Horizon, the property managers were fantastic. They found a solution to the lack of cable which gave us access to the financial channels we needed, got us access to the garage, offered to unlock the closets (but we didn’t want to invade the owners private space). They provided the cleaning supplies that I asked for since we were staying for 3 weeks. They did a number of repairs that would have been above and beyond normal weekly cleaning. Everyone we worked with at Horizon was fantastic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay once we got all the initial bugs worked out. Our guests had a great time and our grandchildren had lots of fun in the pool.

Wonderful home!

This home had plenty of room for our family of 3 and two grandparents to stay. We had lots of space, rooms were nice, pool was large and the basketball hoop was an added bonus that we loved. Nice kitchen and lots of space to eat at as well. The dock is HUGE and the canal is gorgeous with a nice corner location and a lovely view. Everything is located within ten minutes or less and communication was great. Won't hesitate to stay here again!!!
