Lovely 2 story Spanish Colonial. 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. Spacious open floor plan with separate family and living rooms. First floor master suite with garden tub and walk in shower and vaulted ceilings. First floor guest bedroom has a queen bed. The second floor has two guest bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with 2 twins and a jack and jill bathroom. All bedrooms have TV's. The pool has western exposure for lots of sun and sunsets.
Kitchen and baths renovated in 2015 and feature granite countertops. Tiled throughout first floor.

The setup of the house was great and there was plenty of room for a large family. The pool area and hot tub area was very nice and the house was well equipped with pool floats, beach equipment, and bikes. The kids really enjoyed seeing dolphins swimming in the canal from the pool. When we arrived the dryer was not working. I called the management company and they had someone out to fix it within a few hours.

Wonderful house in a great location. Had all the amenities you need for the pool and the beach. Property was very clean and spacious. The living room was missing blinds to the area that leads to the pool but it looked like they were in the process of installing them. Those are very much needed. The only bad side is that there were a lot of spiders around the pool area. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, this property was great, would probably stay here again. It is in need of a revamp inside but especially in the pool area - the seats are rusty and the whole pool area is generally a bit run down. Nevertheless, it is still very nice and the we spent every evening in the pool and hot tub. Amenities wise, there was everything we needed, just make sure you check the cupboards before buying cleaning materials etc. as there was lots still available under the sink. Air conditioning worked, was nice and cool, nice big fridge and a clean oven. The bikes were great too, came with helmets - the code for the bike locks doesn't work so we bought a new bike lock with keys and left it with the bikes for future guests. The garage also contains everything you need for the beach and pool which was great. If the inside and outside was cleaned up, repainted, etc. this would easily be a 5 star review.

The property was very good. Communication with Kelli was quick and easy too. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was roomy and the pool/hot tub was perfect, the heater worked great! We were a family of 8 from 9 years old to 65 years old and the house fit our needs perfectly. Appreciated food storage bags, aluminum foil, enough dishwasher tabs and clothes detergent tabs, etc. Needed more garbage liners only had one which for a family of eight wasn’t enough for a week.

House is lovely, in a great location (quiet neighborhood), close proximity to Tigertail Beach. Pool/hot tub awesome. We loved having bikes available for use. Concerns were maintenance and responsiveness of Management Company (MC). A review in Oct 2022 stated villa was a bit tired and needed TLC. Several items in this review (broken blinds, unpleasant leak kitchen ceiling) remained unchanged for us (these were not significant enough to have them addressed during our visit and left a note at departure to address for future renters). MC not responsive. Contacted 3 times -#1 information book had incorrect code for the bike locks. We called & were told we would receive a callback but none was received (not a big deal) just purchased a lock to use; 2 dryer stopped working, placed a call on a Sat -were told we would get a call back on Mon. On Sun the dryer began working but #3- dishwasher stopped working - call/message left (explaining dryer & dishwasher situation). Mon was MLK Holiday so no call was received; Tues no call was received; Wed we departed. We left a note for the MC & hand-washed dishes the days before needing to leave a few items in the dishwasher unwashed with a note indicating "not working”. A note to the MC indicated repairs needed & concern about their non-responsiveness, indicating to call us back to further discuss. We fully expected a call back to discuss the non-responsiveness but none received-it's been 2 weeks - This could've changed the review/stars.

A great vacation home within minutes of Marco Island beach and local shops/grocery. The house was fully equipped with state of the art appliances, television and laundry. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, utensils, glassware and dinnerware. The pool and hot tub were excellent as was the gas grill. The patio is partially covered in case of bad weather. Sleeping quarters were clean and well furnished. An abundance of towels, linens and pillows for a relaxing stay. Management was very responsive to our numerous pre-trip inquiries, particularly in light of the recent hurricane. House was clean and in excellent condition when we arrived. We will strongly consider booking this house on our next family trip to Marco Island.

Property was as advertised and basically what we had hoped for, however, the cable either did not work or residence did not have any. Email to owner questioning this went unanswered. Fotunately, they had smart tvs and FUBO has a free week trial.

The villa was ok a little tired and needs so TLC - lots of marks on doors, broken blinds, a very unpleasant looking leak on kitchen ceiling/wall. Kitchen wasn’t very well stocked, must items need replacing as plates had clips really poor selection of glasses - when I go on holiday I would expect wine glasses etc. one of the upstairs bedroom has a windows with shutters only that opens to the living area so it’s a very noisy room, also the single beds in the other bedroom need to be disposed of as they are shocking. It’s a shame as it looks like they have some newer items but the sheet on our bed we could see the pattern of the mattress and the pillow cases had stains on - I really did expect more for a villa rental Positive the pool and hot tub was lovely and enough sun loungers for everyone- and lots of beach pool items

Great experience from beginning to end. We arrived a few hours earlier than expected (on a Sun.), but Kelly was very accommodating and was able to allow us to have access a bit early as well;. The property was up to date, well be furnished and maintained. It included several extra bicycles, coolers, beach gear, and fishing related items. Pool and hot-tub serviced a couple of times during the week. Great location, quiet neighborhood, and very conveniently, with nearly everything within 5 minutes. Tiger Tail Beach is approximately 1 mi. away, but walkable. Great stay, would do again!

This house is a great house to stay - great location too! Normally when we stay at VRBO properties there are some necessities that are provided by the owner in a welcome basket. Such as: trash bags, toilet paper, very small detergent to get a load started, dish soap and hand soap at the kitchen sink. The items that were present were left from another visitor. I don't think to pack some of these items when I'm traveling across the country by plane. I had asked ahead of time what we should bring and I was referred back to the amenity page and I did not see anything like this - so we kept having to go back to the store for little items as we needed. It would have been a nice touch to have at least a sample of things or a starter - specifically trash bags and toilet paper - we ran out in two days - they were not new rolls to begin with and no extra...so we had to buy our own.

Really enjoyed our one week stay at this property. Had everything we needed to spend days at the beach, or lounge at the pool and hot tub. It was great having bikes at the property. We were able to take advantage of the biking opportunities throughout Marco Island. I would stay at this property in the future.
