Very big old house with a nice garden. The kitchen is ok, but storage could be better. The 2 frigerators are not adequate for the amount of people this house is supposed to feed. There are only very limited shelves and these are not stable. The piano is tuned and is fine. A real snooker table in good shape is available at the top floor and a brand new ping pong table. the bedrooms are very spatious and the bathrooms are good. The location of the house is such that you cannot start hiking from the spot, unless you want to walk a long time on the street before you enter the wood. That is a minor inconvenience.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in het kasteel. Het bood genoeg ruimte voor onze uitgebreide familie en de kinderen vonden de speelkamer en de trampoline in de tuin geweldig. De nabijgelegen bospaden boden prachtige wandelingen en de lokale winkels waren slechts een korte rit verwijderd.

Het kasteel was werkelijk fantastisch! Onze vriendengroep heeft hier een weekend doorgebracht en we hadden geen betere plek kunnen kiezen. De ruime woonkamers maakten het gemakkelijk voor iedereen om te ontspannen en de infraroodsauna was een heerlijke aanvulling na lange wandelingen in het nabijgelegen bos. We hebben zelfs een heerlijke barbecue gehad op het terras terwijl de kinderen zich vermaakten op de trampoline in de tuin. Een echte aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een prachtige omgeving!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce grand château, Il était parfait pour notre réunion de famille, avec suffisamment d'espace pour tout le monde, La cuisine était bien équipée, ce qui a facilité les préparations des repas, Bien que les attractions à proximité comme le Château De Modave soient agréables, nous avons surtout apprécié les commodités confortables du château lui-même, Tout était propre et gut gepflegt, ce qui a ajouté à notre satisfaction globale
