In the beautiful flamenco village of La Puebla de Cazalla
Holiday home on the outskirts of the typical village of La Puebla de Cazalla for up to 5 people. Porch overlooking the private pool. Free Wifi.
Ideally located to quickly reach the main Andalusian capitals and to visit the monumental villages of Seville countryside.

Holiday home of 150 m² on a plot of 1,360 m². 5 people.
Large living/dining room with wooden gable roof, air conditioning hot/cold, 55’ flat screen TV with IPTV channels, large fireplace.
Open plan kitchen with bar. Fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher,… and complete kitchenware.
2 bedrooms. 1 triple and 1 double. Both with air conditioning and wardrobes.
- Bedroom 1. 12 m2. double bed 1,50 x 1,90 m.
- Bedroom 2. 17 m2. 3 single beds 0.90 x 1.90 m. (2 can be converted into a double bed).
- Available cradle and highchair.
Modern and spacious bathroom with shower.

Outdoors
Entrance porch with outdoor table and portable barbecue.
Terraces with parasols and outdoor tables.
Roman stairs private pool 10 x 5 m x 1.00-1.70 m deep.
Solarium with sun loungers.

Accommodation rules

* Included in the price: reasonable consumption of water, electricity, and, gas. Bed linen and bath towels.

ATTENTION: Do not leave the air conditioning on if you are not in the accommodation or with open windows and doors. An improper use of energy can cause an extra cost for you.

* The charging service for electric vehicles is not included in the price of the rural house. If you need to use this service, please consult us for the applicable rates and conditions.

* Please leave the accommodation collected on your departure; leaving the accommodation untidy can cause an extra cleaning fee.

* Contact immediately with the contact person indicated in the booking confirmation for any needs you may have during your stay. Claims will be handled only during the stay.

* Parties, visits, or more people than those booked are not allowed except with prior notice and payment.

* Arrival and departure times to be agreed with the contact person. July and August, or with the entry of other travellers the same day: arrival after 4 PM and departure before 10 AM.

* The deposit is delivered on arrival and returned on departure if there are no damages.

* Cancellation policy in the confirmation of the booking voucher.

* It is mandatory to register all guests before arrival.

Hope House

Our stay was impacted by wet and cold weather, but as a base for visiting the main cities in Andalusia it is excellent. The owners are VERY friendly and helpful, attending to a couple of electrical issues very quickly. On a hot summer evening the pool would be wonderful.
