「Paid for 5 nights, stayed for 1. Host ignored multiple messages, phone number wouldn’t connect. Pillows and pullout mattress beyond unsanitary. Overpowering odour throughout property. Weirdly, there was attention to detail in some areas. Beautiful setting, well maintained garden, great location. Such wasted potential from an uncaring host. 「Really nice cottage style property with a log burner and really comfy beds. Only warning would be the stairs as they're pretty steep and the bathroom is downstairs if you need to get up in the middle of the night.」

「A lovely base for walking and visiting places around Cambs. Fishing is the main reason people stay here but also provides a nice quiet place to relax. There could be more protection from the invasion of insects. Perhaps fly shields on windows.」

「Absolutely lovely house on the river, really clean and has everything you could possibly need. The view was amazing, just fantastic to sit on the veranda and watch the boats and ducks go by! Host was great and responded to all queries quickly. Couldn’t have asked for anything more! 」
