For what you pay for the balcony and lake view isn’t worth is rooms run down, no hot water and dirty not updated balcony. The restaurant on property we went to for three days was awful service even when only people in restaurant. Way over priced for the pack of service Very disappointing

Everything and everybody was great. The only complaint was house keeping did not come until after 5pm. We had 3 of us with event in am and in pm to get ready for and needed towels, called to desk for towels, they never came. I ended up tracking down a housekeeper in the halls, exchanged dirty towels ...
