Very spacious family villa with large private heated pool & beautiful sea views

Located in the quieter residential district of Marbella called Marbesa very close to numerous golden beaches including world renowned Nikki beach and just a 10 minute drive from the centre of Marbella and Puerto Banus.
A leafy , tree lined street , pretty and quiet , takes you directly to the beach within 5 minutes walk.
The spacious villa offers peace and quiet with plenty of life just a stone's throw away. The property has a private pool ( optional heating on request) with large poolside area including pizza oven, barbecue and dining area as well as separate terrasse on each of the 3 floors.
Sea views from ground floor and first floor terrasse.
Delightful garden with fruit trees : lemons, mangoes, oranges, apricots, grapes and Mediterranean flora.
Andalusian character with a contemporary feel.
The villa is ideal for a large family or group as it can accommodate up to 16 people.

A great villa!

This was such a perfect base for 13 of us… 6 adults, 4 teens and 3 children. Lots of lovely restaurants (& a gorgeous bakery) in the local area. Beautiful beach and the villa itself was just wonderful. Such a shame the jacuzzi in the main bathroom is out of action and the kids would have loved the water jets in the pool to have been working. But overall an excellent place that we would all highly recommend

Perfect location, lovely villa

This villa is very well located and a very good fit for a large group. The hosts were helpful and communicated well. I will say that the downstairs heat (as we went in February) didn't work too well and that the couch is in need of an upgrade (just not very comfortable) and the two guest bathroom had very slippery tubs, but we purchased some bathtub mats to keep them safe. But the overall experience was excellent and I would book this place again. The pool is lovely (even in February heated.) And Simbad's down the street is a true treasure with excellent food, great patio and good music.

Wonderful property

Girls weekend!

The owners of the property couldn't have been more helpful, I contacted them a few times with queries as it was a girls weekend I was organising and they did their best every time to help me even if they didn't necessarily know the answer. Thank you, we had an amazing stay and loved every minute and are already considering coming to stay next year 😊

Beautiful property in lovely location

The property is perfect for a large family holiday. Great kitchen, very well equipped for cooking. The outside seating area is wonderful and a lovely pool. Access to pool difficult if you have disabled guests and 3 large steps down to the garden but we coped as many hands!!! Lovely walk down to the sea with plenty of great resaurants. We had a fab time

Great holiday

Spacious property with an amazing pool which was very deep at one end. Although the pool was heated it was a little cool for the smaller children. The owners were extremely helpful with any problems incurred. Overall the family enjoyed the holiday despite a few days of rain.

Beautiful Villa

We had a fantastic 14 night stay in this Villa. There were 16 of us with an age range of 1-73 years. Plenty of space inside and lovely comfortable loungers by the pool. Mireille was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or queries. Would definitely book again.

A dream holiday

This property is all that is advertised, and more and good value for all on offer. We went as a family group for special reunion. There is plenty of room so you do not feel on top of each other. The villa is stunning and immaculate with plenty of activities to do. Pool beautiful and well kept. Hosts Mireille and Richard exceptional and very contactable. Lovely welcome and treat on arrival (thank you). Good location with nice places to visit (again thank you Mireille & Richard for clear welcome pack). All in all highly recommended this special place.

Excellent property and great location

Perfect communication with hosts, we had everything we needed before we reached the villa and it was everything we had hoped for. It’s a quiet neighbourhood so wouldn’t be fit for big parties. Plenty of rooms, beds and space for large group to enjoy lots of different spaces in the villa. Supermarket, beach, and lovely restaurants very close by + short taxi rides to Marbella old town made it perfect location. Fully recommend!

Just perfect

We stayed as a group of girls celebrating our 50th birthdays. Communication with Mireille was swift and easy. The house itself is absolutely stunning and was huge! Amazing Villa

We stayed as a group of 14 adults and there was so much room. Not only were all the rooms of ample size but the living, kitchen and garden area was a great size for all to have lots of room and not feel like you were on top of each other. The villa is well equipped and decorated throughout. The location was great and in easy reach by cab, however! down the uber app, the taxi companies struggled with out pronunciation of the address.

Lovely villa for a 3 generation family holiday

Very spacious for a family gathering and plenty of bathrooms. Very well equipped for cooking and BBQ ing. The swimming pool and the outdoor dining and sitting areas were lovely. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and the children practically lived in it. The garden was pretty and there were lots of lemons on the trees. Peaceful neighbourhood but very close to motorway so easy to get into Marbella and to the supermarket. Beach was walking distance and we particularly enjoyed the Papillon restaurant which was right on a quiet beach.

A Family Getaway

So much to like here ! Perfect space for 14 adults. Common areas such as kitchen and outdoor space and pool were wonderful ! Nearby amenities within 10-15 minutes walk and the town of Marbella about a 15 minute drive. Enjoyed every aspect except the neighbour that complained about noise despite our group considerately shutting down the backyard noise before 10pm nightly. Overall a beautiful property with character and modern conveniences that we were fortunate to rent. Thank you to Richard and Mireille for making your beautiful home available.
