A travel cot with bedding is provided for an additional fee (subject to availability) . Guests are welcome to make use of the additional facility however I politely ask that the travel cot is set up and then returned back to its original place of storage before you check out. We operate a strict no party policy and please respect my neighbors by keeping tv, voice and music very low after 10pm.
You will have access to the entire Apartment with a private balcony. You will also get to enjoy the communal pool (between June 15th until September 15th). Free parking on the road outside the property available.
The pool is only open during the summer season for this property.
- The towels of the property should not be used for the pool or beach, there are specific towels for this use.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
