Elegant Duplex House - Aloha Golf

Elegant two-storey townhouse located in the prestigious Peñablanca residential complex, one of the most sought-after areas in Marbella, adjacent to several renowned golf clubs. Its privileged location, just minutes from the beach and Puerto Banús, is complemented by a quiet, secure, and lush residential setting.

The property features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms—two of them en suite—as well as a guest toilet. On the ground floor, there is a bright living room with high ceilings, open to the upper level, and direct access to the porch and private garden.
The kitchen, with a contemporary design, is fully equipped with high-end appliances. This floor also includes a bedroom with two 90x200 cm single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, along with the guest toilet.

Upstairs, accessed via open stairs from the living room, there are three additional bedrooms, each with two single beds placed together. One of the bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and there is an additional bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway.

The interiors feature clean lines and quality materials, with air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure maximum comfort throughout the year.

The property is part of a gated community offering expansive landscaped communal areas, a shared swimming pool, and resident parking—all within a well-maintained and exclusive environment.

The private porch and patio provide the perfect space to enjoy the Costa del Sol’s exceptional climate in a peaceful and private setting.

Peñablanca is located in the heart of the Golf Valley, next to the prestigious Real Club de Golf Las Brisas and just minutes from other iconic clubs such as Aloha and Los Naranjos. The area boasts excellent connections to Puerto Banús, known for its exclusive marina, luxury boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. Also nearby are Nueva Andalucía Beach, a variety of international restaurants, beach clubs, and shopping centres such as Centro Plaza.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

The team at genteel were your perfect hosts, property in a smashing private complex and house really well furnished and has an excellent garden with a lovely pool nearby. Hope to be back. Uber to the port or Marbella town most nights cheap and quick, never really waited for anything. A great spot. Thanks for having us
