Located in Marbella, the "Comfortable Yacht Club Apartment" is conveniently located close to the beach.
The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people - ideal for a family escape.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request free of charge.
The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a balcony.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of garden furniture, is also available for your use.

Wonderfull property
We loved this villa. Perfect location on the beach, there are several very nice restaurants in the short walking distance. The villa is in great condition and had everything we needed. The only small issue is that the nearest grocery store is 10-12 min away. The store is Aldi, it is a nice one, but there is nothing closer even for very basic grocery needs. But we still would return with bo hesitation.
