About this property

World class ocean views on a sugar sand beach!

  • Beautiful home located right on the ocean and sits on a sugar sand beach. Truly, world class views from all 3 levels. 4 br, 3 Ba, large lower level game room. The home comes with a dock for fishing and sea life viewing. Possible manatees, dolphin, rays and much much more. Kayaks, paddle boards and kids toys are available. A fish light turns on at night for viewing Tarpon, snook, snapper and plenty of ocean creatures. Take a long walk on the beach to collect shells, view the sunrise. The property has coconut palms, banana trees, various fruit trees. The Gulf of Mexico is just a few blocks behind the house with a neat “Jungle walk” close by.
    The home was featured on HGTV’s beach hunters season 2 episode 11. It has a modern look that is beautifully decorated with an ocean theme.
    The house is close to everything you need. Beach front restaurants, snorkeling, fishing, sunset cruises.
    Rentals are from Saturday-Saturday which is typical for the Keys.
