Situated right along Sister Creek, you'll have easy access to the ocean and you'll be just a few minutes' cruise from Boot Key harbor. A private balcony furnished with a gas grill and chairs offers a breezy perch for sipping coffee or grilling out, while the shaded patio area beneath the home sets the stage for happy hour entertainment with features including a Ping-Pong table, a picnic bench, and bait freezer. Enjoy deluxe amenities throughout your rental and beach access through your Cabana Club membership, as well as access to a pool and bar area.
Natural coral wall accents in the entryway perfectly complement the home's environment, while cool-to-the-touch saltillo tile floors add a dose of Spanish style. Please be aware that effective 12/6/2025, guests of this home will no longer have access to the Cabana Club.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
