The Ocean Isles Condo Association sits on the oceanfront in Marathon, offering a sparkling outdoor pool, a large sundeck, a fish-cleaning station, grilling and picnic areas, and docks to dangle your feet from. Here in the heart of Marathon, you'll be close to Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters (less than a mile), Sombrero Beach (five miles), and all sorts of shops, restaurants, and services along Overseas Highway.
Built in 2022, this two-story condo is a bright and easy respite at the end of each fun-filled day. Head downstairs to relax in the shade of the under-house patio, or linger on the front balcony with the sea breeze ruffling your hair. The living space is sunny and open, bringing together a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a TV. The bedroom is upstairs and there's a full bathroom on each floor. Mini-split AC and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.
Things to Know
While this home is NOT dog-friendly to guests, the complex does allow unit owners to bring dogs into their homes. Please keep this in mind while renting.
Please be aware that check-in MUST occur prior to 10:00PM for this home, due to Gate Access.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
