**NEW HOME UPDATES** Relax with the whole family at Coral Lagoon Resort which is located in the heart of Marathon. This single family 3 bedroom/2.5 bath canal waterfront home is fully stocked and perfect for families or groups to enjoy island living! From ocean access minutes from our 38ft. boat slip to relaxing poolside in the community pool, this home has everything guests need for a wonderful stay. Brand new kitchen, new furniture, new appliances and renovated bathrooms!
*BOAT SLIP TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE*

The Boat House Marina requires all renters who will be using the boat slip to register with them and show proof of insurance. Registration fee is $50. The marina also offers other services such as on-site trailer parking, boat ramp usage, fish cleaning stations and other services for additional fees. Please contact them directly to register. Only 1 vessel, regardless of size, allowed per slip. NO Trailer parking permitted in any common areas or in front of home.

Slice of paradise in Marathon

We had a great stay here! Thank you Jessica! The unit itself was beautiful, clean and well appointed with everything we could need. Great location for picking up essentials nearby and well situated in the Keys for further exploring. Would definitely recommend to others and come back in the future.

Amazing location for boating

Loved the home and location. Everything exceeded our expectations. The one small issue was we didn’t learn we couldn’t fish from the property until we checked in. We booked hoping to fish in the canal right behind the house. I’d book again but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. The home was very clean and well stocked. Owner was very easy to work with.

Amazing Stay

This was the perfect place, location and overall experience. Jessica was very responsive and accommodating to unforeseen weather issues. Her location, communication, and kindliness make this experience so wonderful for my families trip. We will definitely be going back. The home has all amenities for a perfect vacation.
