This wonderful, gated property offers tropical landscaping, beautifully-manicured outdoor living spaces, a private, saltwater pool, and a covered patio. Inside, enjoy high ceilings and an open floorplan that include a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining table for six all ready for meals or family game nights, and a sunny living area with a sectional sofa and cable TV. Outside, relax in the furnished, screened-in deck overlooking the pool, or head down to the patio where you can dine outdoors and then gather around the firepit as night falls.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a wonder time. The house was spotless in a very nice quite location loved the iguana greeting us at the door over all very pleasant and will be booking again for next year if not sooner

Great little place to stay. Would stay here again.
Beautiful property. The only thing wrong i noticed is the bathroom sink drains drained slowly like they needed to be cleaned out and our toaster did not work. Other than that everythimg else was great and we would stay here again gladly!

Nice place, Pool was nice to have. Very relaxing, Watch out for No see um bugs they are bad , be prepared for many bites, they are nasty itch,. Pool guys showed up unannounced and that was a scare

Beautiful property with lush surroundings
Beautiful and peaceful property, the outside area is pretty big. There are so many sounds of birds singing and many lizards and iguanas. We were not able to find the beach in walking distance, but there are several a short drive away. The property has pretty much everything you need for a stay, just need to bring cleaning items (dish soap, dishwasher detergent and washing detergent) and bug spray, calendula candles and anything to deter the no-see-ems! OH MY GOSH those bugs are torturous! They are tiny and bitey and just so pesky, so many of them. Prepare for them! Overal a great place and wonderful stay (besides the bugs)
