"The 3-bedroom premium villa with pool was absolutely amazing!! Lots of space for the kids to spread out and the pool was small but very nice and warm. The resort main areas are beautiful and the staff was all very helpful. My only complaint would be that they collect a $200 per night hold for incidentals, and then during my stay they also charged my card another $204 and $747 and when I asked why they said it was also for incidentals and it would be back in my account in 3-5 days. That’s a pretty stiff “hold”, if you ask me. "
