Fisherman's Retreat is the perfect home base for your fishing trip; it's conveniently located in the fishing community of Conch Key, where you can enjoy the use of the deepwater docking out back with easy access to the open water as well as the fish cleaning table and bait freezer. These two half-duplex, studio apartments may be rented individually or you can rent both sides of this newly-remodeled home with all new appliances, furnishings, and flooring. Each side includes ample parking out front with room for a boat trailer and extra vehicles. Just a few doors down from this home at the Bayview Inn you will find a boat ramp, convenience store, boat rental, and jet ski rental.

Fishing and diving charters and jet ski rentals can be found nearby. Marathon is just a short 11-mile drive away where you can visit attractions such as the Aquarium of the Florida Keys, Turtle Hospital, the Dolphin Discovery Center, and Crane Point State Park, shopping, and restaurants.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
