The space
Single villa of 160 square meters, 1,200 square meters of park on four sides, quiet and secluded, 4 bedrooms, all with double bed. Possibility of extra bed. Baby cot provided. Two bathrooms, living room with large veranda and sliding door overlooking the park and the pool. Large kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, cappuccino coffee machine, pantry.

Openings on two sides, large patio with tables for dining. Barbecue and outdoor wood-burning oven with barbecue. Lounge and poolside bar for relaxing and fun evenings. Swing and fitness area in the shade of the pine forest. The pool is equipped with a solar shower, pool bar with refrigerator, sun loungers and deckchairs.
Guest access
The entire house, the park, the pool are available to guests.
Other things to keep in mind
Parties with strangers are not allowed. The music must be kept low and in any case turned off after 1 am.

Torre delle Stelle is considered the Costa Smeralda of Southern Sardinia. Built on projects by international architects of the caliber of Couelle, between the late sixties and early seventies. The location is served by bars, restaurants, markets, pharmacy, medical service, sports facilities, public parks and white beaches. The location is very quiet, equipped with restaurants, supermarkets, municipal parks and two beaches equipped with bathing establishments and umbrellas for rent.

Villa Chiara is in the center of Torre delle Stelle. All services, including beaches, are easily reachable on foot, even by cutting through the sumptuous municipal park facing the Villa.
