Mara North Conservancy

The property itself is commendable. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the infrastructure is in excellent condition with modern fittings. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had to endure cold baths throughout my stay. Despite calling reception for assistance multiple times, no one came to help. Consequently, I had to endure cold baths for seven days. Additionally, the food was disappointing. On two occasions, I ordered a meal, and both times, it seemed like the food had been prepared a week earlier. This led me to resort to eating elsewhere. The poor customer service and subpar food quality significantly marred what could have been an otherwise pleasant experience.

The staff is exceptional. Everyone very nice and attentive. Special kudos to Victoria in the restaurant. If we move to Kenya, we will hire her away.

Gem of a place. Don't underestimate the Elegance of this place based on price. Very cool charm and totally classy place to stay. Best show I experienced in Africa. Staff are outstanding. Best place to stay to catch early morning Safari flights.
