From the moment i walked into the room i went to use the bathroom and it flooded. I called guest services to see if they would change our room before we settled in and they refused. They stated i had to call expedia. Which i did with no resolution the whole stay..

Modern building design. Rooms are the standard US Hotel chain. Nothing special. The Gym is very good. Streaming devices like Firestick cannot access the WiFi.

Rooms are dated, food and drinks onsite are not good, tried to charge me for a late checkout, wouldn't give me more nespresso capsules, weak AC in rooms.. For the price I paid I expected a lot more. Will not be returning to this property.

Tengo una pequeña discapacidad, que me impone rehabilitar a diario. El último día de mi estadía, abrieron el GYM, sólo para mí, a las 5 AM. Excelente predisposición, en todos los sectores.

Muy amable el personal, bien las habitaciones, desayuno y los servicios ofrecidos. Para mejorar: ahorro de energia y agua potable, demasiadas toallas para lavar si las hubieramos usado totalmente sin necesidad, menos plástico a la basura que sabemos no se recicla totalmente, concientizar al huesped y pedir mas colaboración.

I didn't like this place at all. Bathroom tub and walls very dirty. Comforter was dirty and so was bed skirt. Rug in the room was old and dirty, I will never come to this place againl
