    The Space:

    This newly-constructed house in Manzanita is perfect for a family escape, with simple comforts like a gas fireplace and entertainment that will bring everyone together for beautiful memories. Bright lighting and an open layout create a great space where relaxation and conversation flow easily while a patio and gas grill lets you hang outside.



    What's nearby:

    This house is a short two-block walk from the sandy beach just north of Nehalem Bay State Park. The golf course is within walking distance, as is a local pub. Downtown is a short drive away, where you'll find a variety of shops and restaurants. Other popular activities include hiking, bird watching, ATV riding, fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze.Nice big spacious house with plenty of room for 5 adults and one child.Close to the beach and easy walk into town.We like Manzanita because it’s low key and less busy than Cannon Beach.Lots of fun!

Great house near beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and the beach is just 5 minutes away. A bigger tv would have been nice.

Close to the beach, but so little natural light

Pros: This house was spacious, had a fairly well-stocked kitchen, and great proximity to the beach and downtown Manzanita. Cons: Because of the design and the placement on the lot, it has very little natural light. Despite being there during beautiful summer weather, the house felt dark all the time. Mattresses were uncomfortably soft.

Beautiful home

This house was just perfect. It was spacious and comfortable and felt like a home away from home. It must be nearly new and we just loved how clean and perfect t everything was. The furnishings and decoration are beautiful and tastefully done, we loved the games provided in the family room and enjoyed some gin rummy and parcheesi especially. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect place for large family

We had seven adults and one toddler with us on this trip and we had plenty of room to spread out. The home is clean, well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies and loads of games and beach toys. Just one block from the beach and a 15 minute walk to town. It was a perfect location and made for a wonderful weekend for the family. We will return for another trip!
