"The view of the beach and ocean was fabulous."

"While the room was outstanding, issues with our access cards hampered our stay. Our first full day, our access cards stopped working. A quick trip to the front desk with a polite apology, we were back in business. It happened again yesterday and another trip to the front desk was not as welcoming. The woman that helped us was cold and indifferent, almost bordering on rude with a condescending attitude towards our plight despite the fact she was the one that checked us in in Friday afternoon. Aside from that, our stay was delightful. We're pleased that the new ownership is investing in much needed repairs to the building and we cannot wait for the finished product. We'll be back but some of the staff needs a brush up on their customer service skills."

"For the price of the rooms, I expected better. Bed mattresses old and very uncomfortable, same with furinture. Ownership needs to do better at this location. Staff was good and antentive. "

"Overall, a good experience. The location was great as far as being able to walk to all the places we needed to go. The staff was friendly and the river view was nice. The breakfast was okay. The spa was not available and the pillows were tiny squares. Our kids liked the cookies daily."

"The room was great for our big family and in a perfect location. The finishes in the room were high end and our family was very comfortable. The pool was in great condition and we loved that it was a salt water pool! Would definitely recommend! "

"This place was a complete flop. The free daily managers reception that's advertised doesn't exist. Allan at the front desk who says he's worked there 2 years says he's never seen it. Ice machine is on the fritz. Our room smelled like a cross between a wet dog & a stale ashtray. The hot tub is built for 2 "friendly" people and we never got our turn in there since we didn't want to sit on anybody else's lap. The TV speaker must have been broke cause we had 2 small computer type speakers to try and hear the TV from. The bed was awfully uncomfortable & springy. We were looking forward to morning coffee but it was nasty and the breakfast was lackluster. We dumped it out and went somewhere else. We won't be back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Allan was cool though."
