This is a beautiful three bedroom – 3 bath suite that is complete in every way – spacious living areas, full kitchen, washer and dryer – the works.

The spacious living area has all of the amenities you would expect, including gas-fired fireplace and satellite TV. A bedroom opens off the living area and another off the foyer by the stairway that goes to the upstairs third bedroom.

The spacious kitchen/bar area is conveniently located between the living area and dining area and includes necessary dishes, silverware, and cookware.

Bailey Bluff has onsite In-ground Pool, Waterfront Pavilion, next door to Ms. Virginia Bailey Memorial Garden.
Bailey’s Bluff Villa 4 will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.
Bailey’s Bluff Villa 4 Is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its
facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
By your confirmation, guests booking Bailey’s Bluff Villa 4 are hereby agreeing to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
