"This has by far been one of our favorite home rentals. My friends and I started a tradition of getting together the day after New Year’s for a couple of nights, and this time all my friends came to our neck of the woods. We found this beautiful home in spicewood. The multiple seating spaces, the indoor and outdoor dining, and all of the accommodations were not just comfortable and functional, but so iconically Austin. Great for my friends from Minnesota. The little touches, like the s’mores kit and the guitars with Willie Nelson pictures were so much fun. We played the board games, had plenty of amenities in the kitchen, and enjoyed the peaceful view from the deck. I highly recommend this place and will definitely tell my friends and clients. "Beautiful property and view. Great kitchen, well stocked with pans and baking ware. Home has a lot of areas to relax whether you want to watch TV or just sit a visit. Pool and hot tub are well maintained. There is also plenty of parking. Loved this property! Perfect for a holiday or family gathering. "

"I stayed here with a group of friends in and could not have asked for a better experience. From the start of the booking process Lucas and his team were so responsive and kind, always answering my questions promptly and professionally. The house itself was beautiful, clean, had all the amenities we could need throughout the weekend, and the setting was simply perfect. The only thing I would note is that we opted of from swimming off the dock as there was a lot of in-water vegetation surrounding it, but hey, that's a lake for you! They do have plenty of water toys to use and a boat slip if you want to take advantage of the water during your stay. I also wanted to note that although the house is a little "out there" from Austin proper, we had no problem getting Ubers, and popping out to the city for an afternoon or up to Lake Travis for a boat day was a breeze. In summary, we had the best time and would recommend staying here to anyone who is looking for a lake getaway with their family and friends. 10/10!"

"This property was great for our stay while our son attended university orientation. Fantastic views of the lake but easy drive to anywhere you need to be in Austin. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, nice neighborhood for walking. We hope to be back!"

"Property was very nice & well appointed. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location- grocery and retail just a minute away, but still secluded enough to feel off the beaten path. Views second to none. Electronic shades are a nice! Beds comfortable, decor modern. Lots of closet and pantry space. Inflatables available for use. Communication with host was excellent. Overall, a beautiful property. Owner warns the walk to the dock is difficult. Heed this warning. There are 150 steps including spiral staircases. The last set of steps are not anchored to the ground and there are no handrails. No bridge to dock- must walk over large unstable rocks. We didn't spend time on the dock bc too hard to access. I'm in excellent shape and found it tricky. It was impossible for some in our party. The paddle boards were unusable - need to be replacedA few things not mentioned in listing: the home does have three full bathrooms (listing said 2.5) and the laundry room is inside of one of those bathrooms. We are given a code to get in which made check in super easy- but there are key pads on several doors so make sure you know the entry key pad is inside a small enclosed area - not the keypad you see when you 1st walk up. Host was super attentive and responsive. Would consider staying again. "

"This house was perfect for our group. Everything was very well laid out, clean, and there was more than enough space for everyone (we had a smaller group of 6). The kitchen had everything we needed and all the light switches in the home were meticulously labeled, which was a huge help. Hot tub is large and functioned perfectly. Location was also convenient and was easy to get to. The owner was also very friendly and responded quickly, though we had no issues at all during our trip."
