  • Between the sea and the mountains, close to the Luberon National Park and the Verdon gorges, less than an hour from Aix en Provence, the Montagne de Lure and the Esparron lake, the house is located in the pedestrian area of the medieval center of Manosque, a stone's throw from the Place Marcel Pagnol. With balcony and spacious kitchen-living room of 35 m² facing south, a second living room, an office and two bedrooms. The house is heated by a pellet stove in winter and has an air fan in each room. It is located two minutes walk from the Place de l'Hôtel-de-Ville, the multiplex cinema, 10 minutes from the start of the hikes in the Bois de Pellissier and the Luberon, ten minutes by car from the Lac des Vannades. Free parking nearby and possibility of stopping to unload the car around the corner. With many facilities.

Accueil chaleureux , propreté .literie et équipements irréprochables .seul le wifi est capricieux. ventilateur plafonnier bienvenue étant donné la température extérieure. Bien prendre en compte qu il s agit d une maison médiévale de village à 2 étages et autant d’escaliers et que le stationnement gratuit est à quelques minutes du gite mais ne présente aucune difficulté.

Maison très bien située dans le centre de Manosque, au calme et près des commerces. Pièces spacieuses, cuisine très bien équipée avec deux Velux sur lesquels piétinent des pigeons, curieux de voir ce qui se passent dans cette maison ! Très bons contacts avec Annette. Merci !

Idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est idéalement située en plein coeur du centre historique de la ville et tous les commerces sont accessibles à pieds. Elle est propre et bien équipée, l’aménagement contribue à se sentir comme chez soi. Maison assez fraiche l'été, présence bien appréciable des ventilateurs. Propriétaire sympa et dispo.
