"Great Hotel with a great location. Ubers and taxis are easy to get in this location and they were not expensive. Overall, it is a very nice property in a central location that makes getting around Kingston very easy. Our room was spotless, and I particularly enjoyed the oversized soaking tub in the bathroom. The included breakfast was delicious. Even though the hotel is lovely, I did encounter some service issues that were disappointing, especially coming from a 30-year career in the hospitality industry. On our first morning, someone attempted to enter the room at 7:30 AM without knocking. Ofcourse they didnot get in because the double lock was on along with the door chain. Later that morning, there was aggressive banging on the door by staff, which felt unprofessional. Additionally, I had a very unpleasant encounter at the beverage station where a staff member was quite rude and sarcastic when I was simply deciding on a drink. In a space where guests and staff share a narrow walkway, more patience and courtesy are required. On a positive note, several staff members were exceptional and truly understood hospitality. The front desk agent who checked us in, the bartender at the rooftop bar on our first night, and our waitress during dinner were all patient, professional, and kind. These individuals are the reason I would consider returning. With a bit more focus on consistent customer service training, this would be a 5-star stay."

"Initially i was thinking that I would definitely book this hotel again and would also recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I was shocked when I went to check out and I was told I had to pay US150.00 to use the bathroom that obviously had a leaking problem before we were assigned the room.. We were told that we broke a pipe underneath the kitchen sink which was a blatant lie.. Even if a pipe was broken outside of the bathroom how could that be the customers fault??As a customer I should be able to simply use the shower without fearing I might break a pipe located elsewhere in the hotel room..that problem had absolutely nothing to do with us and therefore that decision wasn't fare to me at all I was very disappointed and therefore could never ever recommend anyone to stay here.. that's it for me "

"Host is the Best Karen!! The place can I tell you? The place is very clean smells good and everything is in place for u to use, WiFi , pots to use if u wanna stay in and cook, they provide even knife and fork to use, not to mention the if u wanna change ur bed sheet and do some laundry, well there u go washing machine and dryer is in place for and clean bed sheet towels and wash cloth, guys u will never be disappointed with this Beautiful property, i stayed for 9 days and am looking forward to visit again in summer hopefully Karen can memeber me and give me my spot whe I book again as this time I will be there for longer.. last but not lease the Environment is nice too and gated so need to worry about anything or anyone.. it was a pleasure staying here and thanks Karen and to her Husband too… if there was more stars to give than 5 this is what I would give.. "
