You need to call to arrange someone to meet you at the place as you arrive and as you leave (is not a hotel). The place is nice but is not a hotel."

After over 15 minutes I instructed the driver to leave the property and I went to R hotel where I booked a room for the duration of my stay in Jamaica. It was frustrating and embarrasing."
