Clean accomodation for an overnight stay
Clean spacious room, great tv and good working air conditioner. Nice big clean bathroom. Parking outside your unit.

For basic accommodation this property does really well. My room was clean and tidy. Check in was easy - staff were great!!!!

Well worth a visit
Nice clean friendly accommodation but does not have beer on tap (can understand why due to lack of volume) and the breakfast had far too much bacon again better than being too less

Enquired at check in as to what time the room service for dinner closed off and was told by receptionist that it was 8.45pm. No phone in room to order room service so went to reception at 8.30 only to be told the kitchen was closed and chef had gone home. Unable to get any food so went to bed having not eaten since lunch time, went to make a coffee in the morning and all contents of the fridge were frozen solid including milk for coffee. On check out, let the receptionist know that it was disappointing. Didn't feel this was good enough considering the charge was $195 per room.

Dear Guest, The receptionist that informed you dinner closed at 8:45pm is actually our Maitre de of 12 years and the restaurant has always closed at 830pm, Im sure she wouldnt of told you any different. You did however come to reception at 8:40 and were told the kitchen was closed. The morning receptionist did take your complaint on board and informed myself directly. If you had of come to reception and informed us of your problem with the fridge I would of happily allowed you to make a hot drink from our breakfast service that we provide. Im sorry for your inconvenience, I do hope we can provide you with better service in the future.

The bed was too hard though stuff did try to assist by adding more layers thank you the bathroom and room had been partly modernised but the bathroom needed to be re tiled the facility was clean and well made up there was tea and coffee facilities a bar fridge was also included The reception and overall outside appearance of the hotel was fresh clean and tidy noise level was almost ok the highway was not overpowering but they need to double glaze the front windows to stop noise from people that are travelling early as you can hear them outside the room Our room was part of a common family room that had an adjoining door to the room next door we found this wall to be slightly thinner than the other brick walls and we could hear the people's TV etc in the room next door overall we were happy with the stay other than the bed was too hard

Great friendly genuine service from the beginning of our stay until after our checkout! Cannot emphasise that enough! The staff could not have been more accommodating! We were cycling the Munda Biddi trail. For various reasons we asked if we could leave our bikes & gear at the Kingsley & collect later in the day, after our check out time. No problem at all & stored in a safe place. The newly refurbished deluxe rooms are beautifully detailed. They are easy to relax in. Great facilities. To all who read this, check out the restaurant! The food is excellent & there is great variety on the menu. The service was exceptional. This is not to be missed! There is great attention to detail at the Kingsley. Thank you f a most enjoyable stay. We will return!

the town was disappointing, weekend it just died, so a boring place to spend night. Hotel room was OK but had been cleaned with bleach, overpowering, when I shut the bathroom door my eyes stung. So it was clean but could not have spent a second night in it. Receptionist was young & new and not pleasant to deal with

Pleasure to stay for the night
Neat and modern rooms, although a bit small. But it was a pleasure to stay the night as a quick pit stop. Restaurant was great. No complaints at all.

Nice staff and clean room
The room is big and sparkling clean. Some Netflix movies were pre-loaded in TV. Staff was nice and stayed behind for our late check-in even on Christmas Day!

Kingsley Motel a gem place!
Beyond my expectations. Good location close to town. Parking at the front of motel Room beyond expectations - very nice clean white decor (does not smell musty!), with well maintain bathroom that is modern Good size bed and very comfortable good air conditioning. fantastic selection of tv programmes - local and netflix! Excellent wi-fi facility amenity - bar fridge with great selection of wines! - if I have known we would not have bought some to the place. Kettle, tea and coffee provided in the room. Have not eaten there as we have made other arrangement, however the dinning place appears very nice. Staff very professional and courteous. Must admit we had our scepticism with our booking, and since there are not many places to choose that are close to Manjimup town itself, we decided to take the chance. Very glad we gave it a go! Highly recommended to anyone.

Refurbishments excellent
Our room was really lovely. Country motels can be a bit glum but the new look Kingsley is a winner! All white, clean and very fresh. The linen was a beautiful crisp white and the bed and pillows really comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it.

Disappointing
We were given an old run down room rather than the refurbished room advertised on Hotels.com. This was very disappointing. We found out the motel would have been cheaper, and we would have had a newly refurbished room, had we phoned and booked ourselves. The motel offered us a new room for the last night but it wasn't quite ready and they were still putting the furniture together at 5pm, so it wasn't worth moving. Kitchen was not open for dinner as the chef had been given the night off. Supposed to be open 7 days a week. Reception and bar closed at 6pm rather than the advertised 9pm. The location was handy for us but the motel stay could have been better.
