A well-presented dual-aspect, two bedroom apartment located on the second floor with views of the swimming pools, landscaped gardens and the Marina. This air-conditioned apartment (bedrooms and lounge), which also provides heating for those cooler months, has its own Wi-Fi and benefits from a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, two bathrooms and a lounge/diner leading to a covered terrace with views of two communal swimming pools. Both bedrooms can be made up as doubles (160 x 200 cm) or singles (80 x 200 cm) making this ideal family or group accommodation. The TV is a Smart TV and comes with built in streaming apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube and Internet Browser that can provide viewing for adults and children of all ages (please note that some content may require the guest to have a current subscription for viewing).


This apartment comes with access to four swimming pools, a gym, sauna, paddle tennis courts, 24 hours security, underground parking and Wi-Fi in communal areas.


The apartment is situated on the closest side of the complex to the marina, which is just a short stroll away, with its great selection of restaurants and shops. Additionally, the traditional Spanish town of San Luis de Sabinillas and La Duquesa Castle are only a short walk away.


Freshly laundered linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Also, a small stock of toiletries is also provided to help you get off to a perfect start for your stay.

- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- No items are allowed to be draped over the balcony.
- The making of loud noises (e.g. music, slamming of doors, moving furniture etc.) must be mindful of siesta , late evening and nightime hours.
