博打

確かに、キャンセル不可で予約をしましたが、フィリピンに入国できない状態の中、ヘルプメールをしても、何のヘルプもなし。飛行機、wifiは、規定を超えた特例措置があっにもかかわらず確かに、キャンセル不可で予約をした私が悪いんですが、もはや博打ですね

何か困っていそうだとすぐにスタッフが声を掛けてくれます。部屋がコネクティングルームで隣の部屋との扉がついており、そこから隣の部屋の音が丸聞こえ。こちらの声も聞こえてしまうので気を使う。

デポジットの必要は無いと言われしなかったら、ルームサービスが現金払いになっていた。現金払いになるならデポジットしていた。説明不足です。床の掃除がされていなかった。滞在中に1度の床掃除がされていた程度だった。ジュニアスイートに泊まった時とは清掃作業に手抜きがありすぎです。

テレビがリモコン操作の関係で見れなくなった時や栓抜きを借りるときのスタッフの対応は良かったが、リモコンの電池切れで動かず設備の準備の悪さを感じた。またバスタオルはふちが全体的にほつれているものが置いてあった。室内のカーペットには私のではない長い髪が数か所落ちていて掃除をしたのだろうかと思った。

ホテル滞在について。

室内設備が少し古い、床のじゅうたんが少し汚い。お値段からしたらリーズナブルだと思います。また、フロントの人達は皆親切でしたし、空港への送迎車も時刻通りに来てくれるので安心でした。隣に７イレブンがあってくれたので、これも助かりました。

ホテル自体が古いので清潔にしていてもタイル目地のカビなど気になる方は気になるかもしれません。値段も手頃なので仕方ないでしょう。寝るだけに帰る場所としては十分だと思います。室内は気候のせいか湿気ています。

気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

全館かなり老朽しており、カビ臭いです。一番広いスイート部屋を予約したにも関わらず低層階のフロアのスイートに通された。廊下の壁紙があちこち剥がれてカーペットも浮き出ている状態のとても泊まれる状態のフロアに通され、さらに部屋に入るとカビの臭いが充満した部屋だった。小さな赤ちゃんが泊まれる状態じゃない為、もう一度フロントに行って部屋を変えてもらいましたが、新しく用意してくれた部屋もカビ臭く、前の部屋よりかはまだマシな感じでしたけど苦痛の２泊でした。最上階のラウンジがメンテナンスの関係で1日目はロビーのボロボロラウンジでカクテルタイムをいただきましたがソファが座れる状態じゃない汚さ。翌日の朝食はロビーにあるレストランで朝食とりましたが、客層がひどすぎて食べれるレベルじゃありません。パジャマに部屋用スリッパ民でごった返し状態でした。2日目からはラウンジ利用ができたので行ってみると…綺麗に改装されたフロアでびっくりです。なぜに一番広いスイートが低層フロアなのかと尋ねたところ…通常のクラブルームだけは改装されていて、スイートは16階以下のカビ臭いフロアでしかないてゆーありえない回答。一番値段が高く広い部屋が古びていてなぜにクラブルームだけが改装されているのかが謎すぎる。ラウンジ自体は綺麗でスタッフもフレンドリーで良かったです。ですが…エリアも地元チックなところに立地しており、渋滞も酷い場所に立地してらいるので子連れには向きません。プールも入れた状態ではないです。値段とシャングリラ傘下に惹かれて予約しましたが、とても後悔しました。リピートは絶対ないです。

いつも、スィートルームしか泊ってないのでスィートルームの評価だけど、リーズナブルでいい。フィリピン全体に言えることだけど、窓を綺麗にするともっといい。

よかった。

初めての滞在でした。清潔感もあり、クラブルームを利用しましたがクラブラウンジも便利で、非常に快適に過ごせました。近辺にコンビニ、スターバックスもありました。また利用したいと思います。
