周辺の治安はとても良い印象でグリーンベルトなどから少し離れてる分逆に交通渋滞はまだましなイメージ、ただしフィリピン特有の交通事情により、クラクションや救急車の音でノイジーな感じの日もある。また、風呂場のバスタブがかなり年期が入っており、とても綺麗とはいい難いが我慢できない程ではない。また、風呂場の洗面周りに小さいゴキブリらしき虫が滞在中に見かけたのでそこは難点だったが、フィリピンの蒸し暑さや気候により致し方ない部分もあるのかなと言う印象。ホテルのスタッフは日本語話せる方と話せない方がいるが片言な英語でも問題なく伝わる。また、唯一苦労したのがハウスキーパーに洗濯物を頼みたかったが、案内のやつにハウスキーパーに頼める時間帯などが一切記載されていなかった為調べるなどがめんどくさかった。最終的に次の日に直接ハウスキーパーに聞いて依頼した。

新館の方宿泊しましたが、部屋自体はキレイでした。ただ、照明がやや暗めなのとシャワーの水圧が弱かったのが気になりました。 クリーニングもしてもらいましたが、他の人が言っていたように洗剤の香りが強いので、日本だとちょっとって思うかもしれません。 その他スタッフの方も日本語も理解してくれますし、値段も手頃かと思いますので、概ね良いと思います。

確かに古くて、風呂・トイレのドアはしまらず、あちこちガタガタでした。浴槽も、お湯を流していないと漏れて行ってしまい、無くなってしまいます。 どなたかも言っていましたが、窓側は道路の騒音が聞こえますが、自分はそんなに気になりませんでした。 スマホを充電するのに、持ってきたコードでは充電できず、ホテルから借りたものもダメでした。 ただ、従業員は感じが良く、親切に対応してくれます。と言うことで4にしています。 多分次回もこちらにお世話になるかと思います。

オールドスタイルの雰囲気のある良いホテル
オールドスタイルの雰囲気のある良いホテルです。なので設備等の老朽化は否めませんが、快適さを損なうものではありません。 一番のお勧めポイントは、リトル東京の街が目の前だと言うこと。 日本人の方で、日本食が恋しくなってしまった時は、このホテルにステイするのが最良の選択です。

総合的にはコストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。 今回の滞在で残念だった点は2点あります。 【設備】 以前は無かったウォシュレットが付いていて以前は感動したが、1日でタンクから水が漏れて使えなくなった。 フロントに言うと「直す」と言ったが5日間の滞在中直ることはなかった。 【サービス】 毎日ホテルを5:30に出なくては行けなかったので、朝食のことをフロントに相談したところ「通常は5:30〜だが前の夜にオーダーしておいてもらえれば5:00に食べられるようにしておく」と言ってくれて感動した。 しかし、前の夜にオーダーしても、翌日レストランが開いたのは5:30の定刻であり朝食を取ることができなかった。 2点とも「前に比べたら」であり、ダメということではなく、ここも改善できたらさらに良くなるのにといったところなので、頑張って欲しい。 また泊まるとは思います。

場所はすごく便利です。 部屋は昔のフィリピンのホテルって感じですが、バスタブがあるのは嬉しいですね。 朝食は定食ですが、和食レストランが入ってるので満足できます。 とにかく歩いて飲みにも買い物にも行けるし、小さいながらプールもあるしで、使い勝手は良いです。 ただ、やはり古いです。 後、ホテルのWi-Fiは全く繋がらなかった…。改善してもらえたら嬉しいですね。

The staff are very well trained and very nice. I would like to suggest the doors to be fixed as it was really hard to close thus all rooms made loud noises. Also the sheets are clean but often had obvious stain on it, not feeling comfortable.

今回出張で使いましたが、周りは日本人向けの飲食店やカラオケが多く、空港からも20分程度の距離で利便性は高いです。 またトイレがウォシュレットだったり100ペソ追加で払うとまあまあ美味しい日本食の朝食がいただけます。 ただし建物が古く、椅子のがたつきやW IF Iの電波が弱く、エアコンの音がうるさい、ホテルのエアポートシャトルがあの距離時間で2300ペソもするなど不満は多くあり総合評価は10点中5点程度となる。

However, the Japanese breakfast will have an additional cost of PHP 100.00 per head in our breakfast as this is a special offer. The airport transportation costs PHP 1,150.00 per way. Our apologies but this cost is only based on the cost of our partner transport company. Also, our apologies should there be any inconvenience you have encountered in your room. This will be escalated and investigated carefully. Still, we look forward to welcoming you again.
